We can manage and complete priced work packages, can work as labour only, have a qualified civil engineer available for

freelance work covering all site positions from Site Engineer through to Project Manager and can also fulfill the role

of Quantity Surveyor if required. We also have a qualified 360 excavator operator for below or above 10t machines

and a qualified dumper driver if required.

Our commercial expertise comes from the directors training within the construction industry. Richard Kaye was trained by Wimpey Engineering and later Tarmac Construction on major civil engineering projects. These included various highway works and water treatment plants, the submarine base in scotland and several power generation projects. Later projects were undertaken at senior management level and included major cross country pipelines, motorway junction improvements and major paving and highway works in several city centres. These skills are transferable to the company by allowing the site operation to fully understand and integrate with the project management team and the scheme at large. We work as a sub-contractor who fully understands the requirements of the main contractor having been in that role for several years.

To date we have specialised in excavation, concrete works, ground work and drainage, ducting, street lighting, kerbing, sub-base grading, earthworks and landscaping. We have also taken on several contracts to renovate factory welfare facilities including the kitchen areas and toilets.

We can also manage sub-contract packages to be able to offer the full services that are required from main contractors.
